We ensure health and safety is our main priority. We have changes to ensure strict hygiene rules are in place for the safety of both team and clients.

As our clients are aware we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the salon. We will continue to do so. With the added PPE and specialised clean equipment we will be charging an additional £3.50 to every service. Once the Government stop the high level of PPE we will stop this charge.

We are currently now appointment only. You cannot enter the salon unless you arriving for your appointment. If you wish to make an appointment or speak to a team member please call the salon on 01604 790004.

Our policy has always been  to patch test/incompatible test our new clients who book for a colour. We will require to carry out our tests to all clients  who wish to book a colour appointment. Once your appointment has been made you will need to fill out our online consultation form. A deposit of £30 for colour service, £10 for cut/blowdry service will be required to secure your booking. Which will be redeemed against you final bill. Your deposit will be require when booking is made.You will be able to find our consultation form on our website.

As we are restricted on number of people within a area we have conditions to your appointments. You cannot arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late or more you unfortunately will lose your appointment and deposit. You can not bring anyone with you unless they are a carer.

We will unfortunately not be able to supply magazines but feel free to bring your own. Bottled water will be our only refreshment to offer.
